Pre-Order Items
If you purchase a product marked as "Pre-Order," this means that production has commenced in Türkiye. Including production time and international shipping, it typically takes approximately 10-12 weeks for the product to arrive at our warehouse in Australia. Once the item has arrived and is ready for dispatch, we will promptly arrange delivery to your address.
In-Stock Items
For products that are currently in stock at our Australian warehouse:
Delivery within New South Wales (NSW): 2-4 business days.
Delivery to Queensland and Victoria: 8-10 business days.
Delivery to other states and territories: 10-14 business days.
